Adarika is a Corporate law specialist with over 14+ years of diversified experience in providing expert advice and directing the company policy on broad range of legal and regulatory compliance including M&A implementation and special corporate actions. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a master’s degree in law with certifications in Corporate governance and IPR.

Prior to Acquisory, she has been associated with Tier I Tax and Regulatory Advisors, Dhruva Advisors LLP and was associated with large companies such as Hero Motocorp and Spice Group (Dr. Modi group of companies). She has previously worked with Senior Partner of SS Kothari & Mehta since she was a retainer with him in M&A practice and was engaged in various transactions as legal counsel by BMR Advisors and KPMG.

She has extensive experience with compliance and regulatory framework of different jurisdictions and has been successful in ensuring turnkey conceptualisation and implementation for M&A tax restructuring for various corporate houses along with the regular corporate compliances. As part of her responsibilities, she deals with regulatory affairs related to Registrar of Companies, Central Government / Regional Director, High Courts, SEBI, RBI and NCLT.
