Kinnari is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a  Certified Public Accountant (USA). She is a Director with Acquisory in our Mumbai Office and has over 20 years of working experience with the Big 5 and other consulting firms in the Transaction Advisory Practice.

Her work experience includes areas such as- Financial due diligence, Business plan reviews, Deal and negotiation support, Vendor assistance & Data room management, Background checks on behalf of investors, Forensic reviews etc. She also had a stint as an entrepreneur where she focused on the Insolvency Practice and provided support services to Resolution professionals.

Kinnari is active in giving presentations and imparting training in various seminars including the one’s conducted by WIRC- ICAI in the forensic and transaction advisory space. She is an active member of the CII –Women Network as well and has co-authored various publications in her previous organization in the start-up & private equity space. She is also a board member of the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS - India Chapter).
